As the war is Ukraine is now entering its third month, Russia’s invasion of its European neighbour has increasingly and disastrously affected the global supply chain.

Worldwide now there is dwindling supplies of Sunflower oil as Ukraine exported nearly 50 percent of the world’s total supply of cooking oil.

Following the shortages caused by logistics shortfalls following the pandemic prices are set to rise!

” Kate Halliwell, the chief scientific officer of the UK’s Food and Drink Federation, told The New York Times. “Manufacturers are doing all they can to keep costs down, but inevitably some will have to be passed to consumers.”
